Siroop was one of the most successful and largest start-ups in Switzerland in recent years. As a joint venture of Swisscom and the retailer Coop, siroop became the largest marketplace with more than 200 employees, millions of products and an awareness level of over 80%, and was successfully integrated into the Coop Group this year. We were there – from the beginning (hypothesis formation), through the first MVP, the launch and the following scaling phase.
