Modules 1-4) Joint identification and initial validation of new business models and growth directions
Together with you, we examine how “digital” forces of change affect your company and your industry and where possible growth directions lie in this seemingly chaotic landscape.

Your growth strategy should be based on long-term renewal:

  • a permanent identification of possible growth directions before they become obvious
  • the possibility to test these quickly, cost- and resource-savingly
  • the creation of structures to be able to do all this in parallel with “business as usual”

The goal is a unique perspective on where the world is going and what kind of business will be successful, as well as a clear formulation and validation of the growth hypotheses in which your business should best invest.

Together with you we will find answers to questions such as:

  • What is the current situation and environment of the business unit (“BU”), including customer travel, technology stack, value chain, customer pain points, growth targets, existing initiatives, etc.?
  • Present disruptive macroeconomic, technological and start-up trends that could potentially affect the business unit.
  • Joint definition and prioritisation of growth hypotheses that clearly define strategic opportunities and communicate the future vision of the business unit.
  • Validation of the “Winner Hypotheses”:
    • Step 1: Reproduce the future reality with simple means (simple webpage, mockups, simulations) and get real customer feedback (learning, adjusting the hypotheses, first potential determination of the hypotheses).
    • Step 2: Building an MVP to measure real behaviour and then validly calculate the potential/effort of the growth hypothesis

Modules 5a or 5b) Creation of a sustainable organisational capacity for innovation

We work with you to design and implement Innovation Accelerator programs and put innovation at the heart of your business activities. Our programs use the key methods used by world-class start-ups to successfully experiment, reduce ideas and gain valuable market knowledge. The Goal? Generating and identifying the best ideas and creating a faster route to market that offers commercial impact, growth and new revenue streams.

As part of the Innovation Lifecycle, we support you and your people with the skills and attitudes they need to build new capabilities within your organization. We set up a clear governance system – aligned with proven start-up investment processes – to quickly evaluate and select ideas that are validated by evidence and sort out those that do not meet the criteria.

Through subject-specific coaching and mentoring, we turn participants into ambassadors of innovation practice. And we help to expand the programme through tailor-made communication, awareness, understanding and engagement with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external. By building a greater dialogue on innovation, it becomes a motor for wider cultural change.
